are 69 individual units at the condo, two or

are single level flats with the laundry
located inside the unit. There is covered
parking and covered walkways to the
buildings. At this time there is not an
on-site rental office and all rentals are
limited to 6 months. Amenities offered at

courts, racquetball courts, security gate
and a recreation building.
