Atlantic East Condos
6170 A1A South St. Augustine, Florida
When Atlantic East condos were built in 1989 and became one of the most luxurious condos in the area. The building’s design and amenities made it seem more like a home than a condominium. Atlantic East condos offer four-floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 1503 sq. ft. to 1918 sq. ft. Atlantic East is a beach front condo with direct ocean front units available. There are 69 individual units at the condo, two or three bedroom, with two baths. At Atlantic East all condos are single level flats with the laundry located inside the unit. There is plenty to do at Atlantic East condos including swimming, tennis, racquetball, clubhouse, fitness center, and a recreational building. There is covered parking and covered walkways to the buildings. At this time there is not an on-site rental office and all rentals are limited to 6 months.
